Waoh – la crise est toujours la ?

Sais pas quoi dire, ce matin en lisant le Blog de Lafraise.com je découvre que à cause de la crise ils augmentent le prix des T-shirt dits Classic de 19€ à 23€ [+ 4€]. J’avais demande au Père Noël un petit coup de pousse pour 2010, il à du m’écouter, je ne demandait pas autant.
 
Certes la crise est passe par la, mais une "orange" est reste une "orange" et le fait d’augmenter les tarifs de vente en mettant en avant la crise, la qualité et je ne sais pas quoi d’autre sachant qu’on est le leader d’un secteur qui ne connaît pas la crise et qui ne manque pas de clients c’est assez dur à faire croire non ?
 
Est c’est le Social shoping du futur ? demander a ses clients de faire un effort de plus parce que o n’a pas envie de supprimer chez soi tout ce qui est superflue et coûteux. Normalement on fais des économies en interne et on le fais savoir en se vantant en externe qu’on ne touchera pas les prix de vente ….

Accepting submissions for 2010

"The withe days are comming" so join us for our first design challenge of the year 2010
 
Forget about the fact that New Year's  Day is a totally arbitrary construct. It's a time for starting over, for looking ahead, for slathering some Liquid ink over the mistakes of our past and drawing our destinies anew. And that's what this new design challenge on Tee48h.com is about: regeneration, reinvention, renewal.
 
But with one significant twist:
The only permissible ink color is white. For the T-shirt itself, you can choose from any color we offer, but the ink color must be white and only white.

No Theme !
Some of the best designs begin as a simple hand-drawn sketch. It's incredible how random drawings in sketchbooks, on coffee table napkins, or doodled across sticky notes become sweet pieces of art once fleshed out onscreen. So no theme this time, do wat you want on a 297×420 mm [A3] surface maximum. Your challenge is to create an amazing tee based on an original drawing of yours. Feel free to explain your process with the submission or take some photos showing how you've created the design – show us how you did it!

Gildan is joining in for this contest
Whe are proud to announce that we are using Gildans New Soft Style Tees for boys & girls, the 6400 Men's (23 colors) and the 6400L for Ladies (19 colors) more fitted and feminine than others. Designers have to use the blank color palette of Gildan "clic here".
 
Submission facts
No limitations, send us all designs you want (you never know) but we need your artwork on EPS file and JPG 800×800 using ONLY the blank color used for presentation. To participate you need to be registered at Tee48h.com but give us all your relevant info (name, pseudo..) with your submission email and send it to : tee48h@gmail.com and write on the object line : White days challenge.

Our concept goes really fast, in only 48 hours you know if your design is printed or not, and you keep the full rights on it. We dont print millions of it, just some small collector editions so you wil not have difficulties to used for other shop's and permanent contest out there… so please feel free to play with us !
 
Thrue, money is very important, but its not the only thing that maters right ? Here at Tee48h.com we do a great job proposing people that cant afford to pay a lot, the oportunity to grab good design T-Shirt at low-cost prices, but this doesnt means that our product are of less quality. Our team is ready to wotk for free if necessary, we d'ont care because we love wearing good looking T-Shirt – we do what we do because we have Fun doing it, so if you are a good artist (one how cares abour people) please join us over here !

We have decided not to use standard affiliations concepts like the ones you may find all-over in other web stores like Threadless.com or lafraise.com because they just force you to spend your points by shopping only at their very own stores.

Are Budy’s paid for ?
Yes we can say it so to, if  a Budy helps us to get a T-shirt printed we pay him 0,50€ cents of Euro per T-Shirt sold in our store. At the same artists conditions.

Le concept de Tee48h.com est simple et clair, nous présentons toutes les 48 heures des visuels qui nous sont proposées par les artistes et nous les vendons a un prix accessible à tous les bourses.  Nous n’avons pas de politique concernant les créations, chez nous pas de votes ni de combines occultes – si le visuel plais aux internautes il sera édite. L’artiste touche 1 € par T-Shirt vendu, et son gain dépendra seulement de l’accueil de son visuel par un publique internationale, nous n’avons aucune limité vers le haut.

Here at Tee48h.com we have a constant look for T-Shirt designs that have the “YES” effect, but very often the designs we receive for consideration are real masterpieces of artwork, good looking but complicated to understand ..
 
Yes, because good design sometimes needs to tell a story or drive a message to the community out there it is crucial to keep the realisation very simple using the well know methodology of the K.I.S.S that means "Keep It Simple, Stupid".

Have a look at this T-Shirt design made by one French artist called Pollok, hi draw this “Perfect Day” Tee for a huge community of  Freeriders at Skipass.com.
 
This T-Shirt is what I call a “blockbuster” because his sales very good and customers loves the funny message of a perfect day doing some snowboarding, sky and the rest [!] all this presented through  9  simple pictograms.
 
The colour of the design is well chosen, white, because you can print it on almost every T-Shirt colour on the market. Only one colour means low production cost and this means that you can sell it at real good price, doing some benefits that pays out the designer and fit entirely customers satisfaction and expectations.
 
To give you a idea of pricing if we have to print this type design at Tee48h.com it will be at around 6 € [7$ USD] on the store, always depending of the sales that we do on that.
