So what’s Tee48h.com concept ?

- Tee48h is “the” place where you will find a lot of cool tees at sparkling prices (and also other non-tee things like tote-bags). It's simple & easy – one new limited-edition design every 48 hours for only 9 €  and up - sometimes.

- What happens to run-out designs ?
Each ouf our T-Shirt goes up for sale every 48 hours. Once that time has run out, the design is gone and it will not be reprinted in its original form again in our shop.

- How many T-Shirt do you print per design ?
Each Tee48h.com shirt is printed in a different quantity depending on the number of orders it receives. Please note that we need a minimum sales volume  to start printing and so keep the price of your unique T-Shirt as low as possible. 

Note :  If we do not reach our minimum sales volume we do notify & refund customers immediately !



ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS

- What kind of T-Shirts do you use ?
A T-Shirt is a T-Shirt right ? stop thinking brands. We print only high-quality "regular-fit" tees that are made of 100% combined ringspun cotton. They're super comfortable, fit great and many think even softer than usuals American Apparel tees. And yes we do print T-Shirts for women !

- How are your T-Shirts printed ?
We print all of our T-Shirt using state-of-the-art traditional screen-printing processes. No iron-ons or heat transfers here !

- What sizes do you have ?
All our T-Shirts come in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra Extra Large (XXL for guys only).

- Will my T-shirt look like what appears on your presentation ?
Traditional Screen-printing is a very delicate process with many variables. What you see in our store is a digital or approximation of what you will see on your printed shirts. We do our best to keep what’s on our site in acordance with what you receive, but we realy cannot guarantee colors of garment or print to be exactly at 100% what you see online. 

- Do your T-Shirts shrink ?
YES - Since all our T-Shirts are made from 100% cotton, they will shrink a little when you wash them. However, if you want them to shrink as little as possible, we recommend washing your tees in cold water and hanging them to dry. 

TO READ FOR ARTIST & DESIGNERS

- Who designs your T-Shirts ?
Most of our T-Shirt are designed by various artists from around the world. Occasionally our home designer here at Tee48h.com will take a hint and design a shirt for you.

- Do the participating artists get paid ?
Yes they are, we pay each artist at the moment 1€ per shirt sold and the artist keeps full rights to their design. After a design's 48 hour periode on Tee48h.com it is free to be used in other shops.

- And How and when do artists get paid ?
Within 1 day after the design was declared "ready" for printing on Tee48h.com, we will transfer the artist's earnings through our Paypal acount.

- How do I submit all my designs ?
Submit designs via email to : tee48h@gmail.com
We will contact you for the last high res. illustrator version if your design is selected for printing.

- What are the submission guidelines ?
- Designs are limited to 4 colors and front chest print up to A3 EU format.
- Important: Send us your vectors files ready for printing [if] in EPS format or AI using Pantone solid coated color reference.
- Submissions previews must be also in JPG at 800 x 800 pixels.
- Please include interesting infos (descriptions) about you in your email and a link to your site.

GENERAL ORDERS & INFORMATIONS

- How long will it take to get my order ?
Well, once an order is placed it  usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to process & shipp’it.  

- Why so long ? 
Because we are professional guys, and perfection takes a bit longer. Time in transit for shipping from our city to your front door can take between 2-5 business days (depending on your location).

Remember: Whe are a young Start-Up based in Europe/France so we do not print over the weekend or on national hollidays. So whe count in working days !

- Do you ship to my country ?
We ship all over the world - If you have any question about shiping, before your place your order, please send us an email at: tee48h@gmail.com and we will see what we can do to make you happy.

- How much does shipping cost ?
To simplify all the different shipping costs, we are using the same shipping & handling fees of 4€ und up for all the world regions we deliver.

- What is your real return policy ?
If you need to return your T-Shirt due to a manufacturer's defect or because you received the wrong T-Shirt, please send us an email first to: tee48h@gmail.com and request return instructions. 

All returns must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase and item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Be aware that due to the extreme limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are usually not possible.

- Is my credit card transaction secure on your site ?
Yes at 100%. We use the Paypal.com industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer encryption) for all credit card information. Feel real free to click on the security icons in our checkout process to verify that your information is safe with us.
